If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will give you a 7 day 100% money back guarantee from receipt of goods digitally or physically. Please email us at sellmore@thesalesinstitute.com.au within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems.

 

This refund policy does not apply after day 1 of the Sales Accelerator Program, or to any goods which have been damaged after delivery or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken.

 

All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage.

 

You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit & therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Sales International PTY LTD will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

With The 12 month CONVERT Club Program includes weekly coaching, online support through a private Faceboook group. You have a 7 day cooling off period on your first week of CONVERT CLUB with use of the program within that week then afterwards no change of mind will be accepted. We do allow Transfer of the membership to another individual to take over the remaining term left on your contract.

If you have received a discounted Sales Accelerator Program (SAP) as packaged it with CONVERT CLUB’s 12 month support but decide to take the 7 day cooling off; you will be needing to pay the remaining discounted amount as a balance due of the Sales Accelerator Program original price as a stand alone product.

 

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from eWAY or Paypal depending on the checkout process, containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will attempt to send your goods via electronic delivery within 60 mins of purchase [normally immediate]; however if goods are unavailable delivery will take a little longer.

For all physical products, delivery will be dispatched within 24 hours on business days 48 hours if purchased over the weekend.  Please allow 7-15 business days for receipt of your goods via Australia Post nationally and internationally.
